1Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or requesting our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Baku Courier.

2Services

Baku Courier provides logistics and delivery services including, but not limited to, chef deliveries, fulfillment, dedicated delivery, cargo van service, high roof van service, box truck service, and dry van transportation.

All service descriptions on this website are for informational purposes only. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to confirmation at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse any service request at our discretion.

3Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided by Baku Courier are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking and may differ from initial estimates if shipment details change. Prices are subject to change without notice unless a written agreement has been executed.

• Quotes are valid for the details provided at the time of request.
• Additional charges may apply for wait time, failed delivery attempts, address changes, or extra stops not included in the original quote.
• Fuel surcharges, tolls, or special handling fees will be disclosed prior to service confirmation.

4Bookings & Cancellations

Service bookings are confirmed upon written or verbal agreement between you and Baku Courier dispatch. Cancellations are subject to the following:

• Cancellation before dispatch: No charge if cancelled before the driver is dispatched.
• Cancellation after dispatch: A cancellation fee may apply to cover driver time and fuel costs.
• No-shows: If a driver arrives at the pickup location and cannot complete the collection due to circumstances on your end, the full service fee may be charged.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions, vehicle availability, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative arrangement.

5Your Responsibilities

As the customer, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate pickup and delivery addresses and contact information.
• Ensuring freight is properly packaged and labelled for transport.
• Disclosing any special handling requirements, hazardous materials, or fragile items before booking.
• Ensuring someone is available at the pickup and delivery locations at the agreed time.
• Complying with all applicable laws regarding the items being shipped.

Baku Courier reserves the right to refuse to transport any items that are prohibited by law, improperly packaged, or misrepresented at the time of booking.

6Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited from being transported by Baku Courier:

• Hazardous, flammable, or explosive materials (unless specifically agreed in writing)
• Illegal substances or contraband
• Live animals
• Human remains
• Currency, negotiable instruments, or precious metals above declared value limits
• Items requiring temperature-controlled transport (unless a refrigerated service is agreed)
• Any item prohibited by federal, state, or local law

If prohibited items are discovered, we reserve the right to terminate the delivery immediately without refund and to report the matter to appropriate authorities.

7Liability & Claims

Baku Courier takes reasonable care in handling all freight. However, our liability is limited as follows:

• Loss or damage: Our liability for lost or damaged goods is limited to the lesser of the item's actual value or the maximum amount specified in your service agreement.
• Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Consequential losses: We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from a delivery delay or failure.

Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted. All claims require documentation including photos, delivery records, and a description of the damage or loss.

8Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking. Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement:

• One-time deliveries are invoiced upon completion of service.
• Recurring or dedicated services are invoiced on a weekly or monthly basis as agreed.
• Overdue invoices may be subject to late payment fees.
• We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

9Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content.
• Use automated tools to scrape or copy website content without permission.
• Reproduce, distribute, or modify any website content without our written consent.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Baku Courier and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baku Courier disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Baku Courier is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.
